Installation Service

Installation:
Veedoo provides on-site installation technical support service. We would dispatch engineers to guide the details before on-site installation, including cabinet structural construction, led display device equipment and communication cable etc. engineers on-site would control the construction quality according to the project implementation schedule after clients checking and accepting.

Installation contents:
1. Installation, connection and debugging of all equipment, excepting the main power supply and re-prepared embedded parts.
2. We do need to obey on-site representative‘s points.
3. We do need to accord with native installation requirements on installation.


On-site Service:

Veedoo would train the personnel who would take in charge of the on-site installation, quality control, debugging and power distribution etc.

Veedoo takes the whole responsibility of construction supervision and coordination, the person who debugging needs to testing training, the person who in charge of on-site installation have to install the system, and the person who take the responsibility of power distribution would do the actions about the distribution connection and testing for the LED Display system, the person who on-site supervision and quality control take in charge of the overall qualities for the details.

During the debugging stage, we are obliged to train the client the person who will take in charge of operation maintain, which training items would including the explanation and demonstration that the faults may occur, so as to the clients have the acknowledgement for the principle of equipment, and resolve the common faults on hardware positively.

After the installation and debugging, we are obliged to train the use of system software, which provide the arrangement, layout and display for the programme, so as to the video can broadcastprecisely.


After-sales Service:

Veedoo adopts optimized components, having the strict processing for the producing technology, taking the overall protection measures on design, which make sure of the quality of LED Display.

Veedoo provide one year quality guarantee for free, arrive on-site for maintain within 24hrs in Guangdong province, within 48hrs in other cities, within 15 days in abroad.

During the guarantee period, Veedoo have the obligation to maintain for the equipments that concerned on contract, including the design, installation technology, material, quality and components(excepting man-made, natural disaster)

Offering lifelong maintenance, Veedoo only takes the charge for cost when out of guarantee.

After checking and accepting, Veedoo would provide the feedback to clients if the same products have got the upgrade.

Veedoo provides the upgrade and maintain for the system software for free.
